400 yards warm up

75 yards X 3. first 25 left arm, second 25 right arm, third 25 fist swimming.

10 minutes of kicking.

100 yards X 6. Pull bouy, paddles, and snorkel. Easy, medium, hard, easy, medium, hard.

25 yards X 4 sprint. 1st with 2 breaths. 2nd with 1 breath. 3rd with no breaths. 4th no breathing and totally underwater.
